I thought maybe we would be hearing something on that this week or next.
I should say the date he would like to see it resolved.
October 8th, would be 45 days from the award; so today. I suppose the union will have to return to the arbitrator to see if the company's 1.5% pay bump (going forward) offer honors the award and the spirit of the LOA. Otherwise the company will be bound by the award to continue pay negotiations.
