The WFFF gouge is still pretty good but don't rely on the gouge questions. You must know the underlying math behind the gouge. I just took the test Wed and although i passed and was offered the job, it was a near run thing. The cog test was easy and fun for me but for others it was stressful. As far as the interview just be yourself, be open and humble, and have some situations in your mind that can be recalled quickly. Not necessarily rehearsed, but just familiar.

As far as pro help, they will alert you to any annoying or distracting mannerisms, and help you with your ability to connect with the interviewers. I went to Judy Tarver prior to my SW interview and she gave me some good info but I didn't get that job. For my Delta interview I never talked to her and did get that job. Just anecdotal evidence.
