All new hires are placed on the 18 days schedule for the first quarter (first tri-mester if this passes). According to the new TA you may not be junior manned on the 18 day schedule so as soon as the trimester is up you can get off of it if you want.

With the current agreement guys can kinda position their "H" days creatively, resulting in fewer than eighteen days worked per month. Common thinking is that if the IBB passes than the company ought to be able to get the 18 days in every month.

Currently the longest tour is seven days on the road (under the new agreement you may be required to work one 8 day tour every four months). You get three days off after every tour less than 7, and a 7 day tour earns 4 days off. If the company requires you to work, they must notify you by 6 p.m. the day before.
