Honestly, I don't think that's true. Not including the guys from the AirTran integration (which has some longer numbers), junior captain looks to have upgraded at 10 years and 1 month. A 10-year guy at NJA is still a ways from upgrade.
Yea you are right. 2007 hire for most junior CA, so that is several years lower than NJA.
