First, thanks to you and all the others for the info. I was wondering, since the IBB would be in effect by the time any of us new applicants qualified, is the idea of the "base sheet" kinda obsolete? I will request IAD or any other Washington DC area airport when given the chance, but should I say "any" for now, since it really should not matter? Please let me know your thoughts.
