Where did you get that info? The FAA NPRM forbids one going back to the front seat, on property or off. The House version, does not specify, very vague at this time. But a Veto is looming anyway. Unless they strip the FDX driver language. Fred Smith still has power. But I dont see the Dems budging with an election next year. So I see a two year wait through the NPRM process.
