I'll leave and you can keep thinking you're getting Delta plus. I hope you get more than we do but you're going to hurt a lot of fellow pilots by reaching for the stars while missing the moon. You're a tiny airline and need to be a bit more realistic in earnings potential at a place that rosters fewer airframes than Delta currently has in maintenance. Dream big but negotiate in reality.
Sky West has 400+ RJs and Horizon has 62 turbo props and their pay is comparative to each other. Am I missing something there? And seeing as what an expert you are on the industry it shows that you haven't payed any attention at all to this thread. The NC's ask is NO WHERE NEAR DELTA+. Yet, you still keep using that. But thanks for your perspective, it is very enlightening.
