So, if you go to pick up OT and they assign a trip that you bid for contact the union. Email them and tell the what happened screen shot it. They can help you get that trip if it was a violation. They have helped me out similar situations. They are pretty quick about responding back to you as well. Or grieve it and get the time off and pay. OT trip grievances are pretty easy to deal with so long as you have documentation. (Or so I have heard from other people.)
Thanks for the reference, I’ve read it s few times before but just couldn’t find it again.

Yeah I’m going to grieve it. I put in for a partial trip at the end of the month, the sequence was broken up, the part of the trip I didn’t want was awarded to a reserve FO in base that was short of consolidation and within 30 days of his consol date running out (no problems on that one, it’s not in violation at all). However the particular turn I was after, was awarded to a reserve FO out of base with a deadhead either side of it. He/she is low on consol time but not even close to the 90 days as per the contract. I called crewed scheduling and called them on it and they basically said they can give award it to any low time FO. I asked them to change it and award the sequence to me as per the contract and basically got a no can do answer.

I have all the screenshots of the original sequence, the RF partial request, and then the subsequent NS and HSS showing it awarded to the out of base FO that’s not even close to their consol deadline.
