Yet without reserve provisions that grant a chance to break guarantee (like being able to swap reserve days for open time trips), the only benefit is less dropped trips (like the 13 hr 4-day with 85 TAFB I had last month on reserve). Maybe if rig time above credit was paid over guarantee, or something, it would help a reservist out.
