Since you can't see the open time pot in real time it is a random guess as to what is available and what isn't. Plan on spending a lot of time getting something approved.
Get 16th and 17th off. You'll be staying up all night SAPPing and it's usually worth it! Almost instant results around 3-5am. Whatever server processes SAP requests needs some upgrades for sure. Wonder if the union is aware or just isn't bother fixing the issue with "Pending"
