Interview experience
New to this forum. I've been keeping current to the bare minimum but plan to and I'm in the process of getting my recency of experience up. Will this be a major factor in the hiring process by a prospective employer? I've done considerable regional airline company recon and Republic would be a good fit for me due living near my base. I've got more than the minimums, 200+ turbine hours PIC and an ATP. New to this airline thing and in middle of switching careers.
