All this does is prove they’re going to have an even harder time staffing their regional feed in the future.
I’m not sure how long you’ve been in aviation but these programs come and go all the time to legacy carriers.
If t matures into something that gets you into mainline right away bypassing regional flying, it will be only for a very small percentage of mainline classes and likely only going to be some high caliber youngens or very well connected through daddy who is a check airman at mainline.
This is absolutely nothing new and simply a recycled idea with new marketing.
