You have to understand the situation. This is an airline that went from 800 pilots to less than 200 and didn't hire in any significant numbers for many years. You've got the people who were hired in the mid-90s, then a few more recent than that, and then hiring started again in 2016.
Before it all fell apart, between the expected retirements and growth, upgrades were looking like three years or so.
