That is a TREMENDOUSLY generic question. It depends on your seniority, base, equipment, airline work rules and preference in bids. Reserves at my shop generally see 12-14 days off, and work blocks in 4-5 day stretches. Line holders can see anywhere from 12-18 days off with mostly 3 or 4 day trips. Industry wide, generally speaking, 4 on and 3 off is more or less the norm but that can vary quite a bit given any of the aforementioned variables.

Beyond that, there are too many variables to call anything “typical.”
