You see, the problem with that is that Mesa is one of the crap companies that has a $12k training contract to keep people around for the first year. This is why people get STUCK there, because they can't afford to quit. Thats a crappy situation to be in. You want to quit, but you can't afford to.

Threatening a pilot with a $12k loan if they quit is reason enough to not go there.

Notice that other carriers that don't have attrition problems don't have training contracts. XJT doesn't. Does Skywest? Comair? American Eagle?
