The point is, nobody wants to be stuck at a bad company WITH a training contract.
If it's true what people say about the company, ("not following contractual obligations, etc.." negotiated with ALPA) then I can't immagine the contract holding up in court. I know of a few that have left and didn't pay off the contract. I wouldn't either if I were in that situation.
on a side note...My last company I worked for tried to get a training contract and the FO's just threw them in the trash on the way out of class.
Does MESA still have/use a training contract with new hires today?
