The company is b1tching and moaning that we want to be paid as well as Spirit. Forget Spirit. I want to get paid industry average or better what an Airbus operator is receiving in the current market.

Our peer group is not just Spirit. It is also Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska, Hawaiian, Delta, United, and American.

Don't forget, there was a time when Frontier was one of the highest paid Airbus operators.

Our management receives Southwest style compensation, but thinks you and I should work at a significant discount compared to our peers.

Don't let them lower your expectations.
