If it's true what people say about the company, ("not following contractual obligations, etc.." negotiated with ALPA) then I can't immagine the contract holding up in court. I know of a few that have left and didn't pay off the contract. I wouldn't either if I were in that situation.
on a side note...My last company I worked for tried to get a training contract and the FO's just threw them in the trash on the way out of class.

Yes they still have it but its used more as a scare tactic... they send bills to people's houses but usually don't follow up. I think their legal department is busy enough as it is... hahah
