Default KCVG stagnation

Furlough post, doom AND gloom.

There are no plans on anyones desk for reductions. The contracts with Amazon and DHL are coming to an end in the near future. DHL is still strong. Amazon is too, very much so. You must understand that “Prime Air” is actually “Brown”. Brown, being as effecient as they are, are cost competitive to Amazon going in house. UPS/USPS is Amazon PERIOD. You wont see an increase in Amazon Prime Air load until one chokes. Could Amazon fill the current “Prime” ramp? Yes. UPS/USPS have both set a low price point and they are profitable off sheer volume. UPS ground has become a serious air competitor as well. While the future may be blurred there is no reason shout the F word.

Its always been my personal belief Prime Air was started for nothing more than a negotiations tool. “You better cut your price or we’ll just do it ourselves. See our pretty planes over there”. Thats standard Bozo SOP.
