Attrition here runs about 25-30 a month, not including training washouts. Company does not publish training washouts but it’s less than Or around 10%. So that’s about a net gain of 20 pilots per month, enough to grow the fleet by 2 planes a month...last time they were hiring 55 pilots a month we were growing by 2 planes a month (first 200s then 700s and 900s)...
