They have never, that I'm aware of, promised a vote today. They are meeting today and asking questions of the NC, and probably intend to vote today. But I don't think it's a hard and fast commitment to vote today even if they feel they need more time for some reason.

“On Thursday of next week, a special meeting will be held for the MEC to deliberate and vote on approving the TA to go to members for ratification. “ .... “should the MEC approve, we will immediately send the agreement out with all relevant information—including a roadshow schedule”
