I personally would not hire you. It doesn't necessarily have to do with the 5 failures it has more to do with the fact you are not taking ownership for the failures but rather giving excuses or blaming the examiner. When you explain any check ride failures it needs to go what YOU did wrong, how YOU rebounded and what YOU learned from the experience.
I think his biggest mistake was changing DPEs after 2 failures. That smells like DPE shopping and is a HUGE red flag for anyone.
