Omni sit a lot and make guarentee.
Atlas make no money and fly bent airplanes.
Kalitta and ATI are top choices. Omni, Atlas and especially ABX not so much.
ATI's hiring like crazy. They don't have the problem of pilots not showing up for class like at other ACMI's.
