Get hired at an AA wholly owned airline. You’ll probably flow around 30. You’ll be a regional Captain and done with SUPT long before you turn 30 and can apply with any airline you want with a competitive resume. While you’re in SUPT and all the other training your clock to flow to AA is still running.
