I'm looking at Skywest's rates and their FO rates are basically the same as most other regionals, not factoring in the bonuses that most others are offering in some form. Skywest also offers basically no new hire bonus, while others offer tens of thousands. And on top of that you have no union protection. Their upgrade time for someone with no qualifying experience also isn't special. I don't get why they're so popular.
