Yeah, but that’s not how the EQO was computed for the purposes of the charts. The 210 hour divisor would equate to a higher pay rate. But ALPA used the 240 hours (3 months at 80 hours) because that’s probably what they used to convert the $2k from the captains EQO into pay rates. They probably used that figure because it’s about the average the lines are built.
I stand corrected. I was just going off of the minimum quarterly hours you would have to fly to get all of the EQO (210). I didn’t realize 240 was how they made the charts. Thanks.
