Lots of Shorts 330/360s and a few Falcons. They hire low timers for the right seat of the Shorts. All 135, some scheduled, some on-demand. Based in MKE but most of their airplanes are based across the country at different places. Upgrades are pretty quick, from what I can tell. Maybe a year or less depending on your time when you get hired. Seems like a good deal if you are single and don't mind working overnight.
