I'm looking at the facts. Granted, I am not, nor ever have been privy to the negotiations, but I have NEVER heard of this type of 'magic' language in a legal document.
This isn't Harry Potter where only a select, and gifted few wave a wand and have access to 'magic' ink.
In regards to that, all we can do is wait and see. That said, I believe that is why this TA received 90% approval.
If ALPA lawyers are ok with it... I certainly don’t know better.
