Completely separate company. At EJM, I think you do a phone interview with a chief pilot first, if you get by, then you go to headquarters for the official interview. As far as pay and working conditions, there are some differences between NJ and EJM, but to my understanding, the benefits are the same (free everything). Best in the industry.
