On top of that crash pads can run in the $500-1000/mnth range for a room.


With the way our trips work, reserve is typically pretty benign. If you are on your last two days and they haven't called by mid afternoon, you can bet that your done for that day and the next.. (unless you're 717 of course)


In my experience, there is very little moving of your days off, and scheduling will work with you as best they can for specific reserve windows.

We have areas where we could improve on some work rules (reserve being one) But the type of flying we do lends to a very nice work day compared to other Legacies, most of the time.
