For those guys/gals on the 8/6 rotation, what do you do on the 8th day? Are you flying up until 2200LT?
It really all depends on where your "base" is and where you end up. I'd say 50% of the time I am home by noon on my last day. If I end on my coast I usually just go home. Granted I have done a transcon, repo, then airline home. So there's no real guarantee but they try and make it as smooth as they can. I've never gotten home after 10pm. 9:48 a couple times...... But is what it is.
