100% agree. I’ll add that retired airline pilots, or just anyone over 65, are making things difficult for everyone at NJA, especially pilots. An age limit is/was desperately needed for many reasons beyond just having to change diapers. And these ppl are not coming here for the money. They want the “adventure” of flying that they missed out on during their airline careers. And there’s the medical. etc etc.
I will never go back to a place like NJA after I retire simply because I remember how sucky it was to fly with dinosaurs. NJA has enough weirdos and horrible captains that get pushed though training without having to add pilots who poop their pants and can’t see at night.
