where I'm at right know they mix'em up...
I goes like that: first you see the CBT suff, then you read about it in your manuals and the next day, the instructor goes over everything (so you get to ask questions of whatever you didnt understand on your own).
Repetition it's great for learning and memorizing stuff...
I dont think CBT along will get you through... there are lots of stuff CBT wont teach you, and unless the instructor points them out to you, you wouldnt even know they exist.
