Purple did away with internals and other recommendations when they rolled out the 10yr PE program two years ago. It has not had great results. I know a UPS pilot that had 2 of the 10yr PEs expended on him and he never got the call until 6 months after starting at brown. The lawyers have taken over but pilots are upset that their voice and recommendations aren’t being heard. I know of several interested in bringing the Union in on this to look at the stats.
