Got on with them in 2018, yes the only ugly is the training contract but since I live less than 30 mins from the airport I knew I would be with the company for a while. Am on a managed A/C, so far really good, 3 pilot rotation so we do 20/10 I end up flying like 8 days a month. Pay depends on where the aircraft is based but it’s negotiable but I can honestly say it’s better than XO and Flex Jet Pilots pick their hotel , company card and a decent per Diem, but could be better. Company is ok nothing bad to report, MX is spectacular I must say. Company pays 500 towards iPad, but CAE gives you one also. If lay over is 72hrs and more rental car is an option.
