Be cautious. While I hope everything stays that way for you. One day behind closed doors if a pilot finds greener pastures and it become 2 crews only. You may find working conditions as a whole different experience. The company nor the A/C owner won’t park a plane for 10 days or 1 for that matter if there’s money to be made. And the DO and CP will care less then that ugly contract will come into play when you don’t see your family for weeks it won’t be as Rosey of a picture as you paint. Remember 135 rule on guaranteed days of 13 in a quarter. Jetselect rules are a guide line not a guarantee like they promise in an interview. PM for further questions.
