Agreed. ATSG is just beginning to - or soon will be - realizing the pilot shortage is real. The places paying decent wages with decent work rules get the pilots. The places with the pilots get the contracts. Pilots are the new currency, and they hate it.
Or you just hire like crazy. Atlas grew by 150 pilots last year, and they don't have decent wages or decent work rules. But they have pilots, so they can get the contracts.
