I understand the concerns and don't disagree. However, if they are overworking us a year or 2 from now due to lack of staffing, I guess I may end up being fatigued more often as well. I expect to work a certain amount of time, and if the amount of home time and rest is significantly reduced then, yes, I'll likely not be fit to fly. I imagine many would feel similar, thus I don't expect the company to significantly abuse this.
They cancelled our vacations out of spite and you don’t think they’ll abuse this?
