Bottom line:
In an uncomplicated ETOH case with good initial recovery, a reasonable expectation is that the pilot could return to line flying in approximately 5 – 8 months.
Toss in a month of government shutdown there and the backups caused by it and it still might be May or June, assuming your case is uncomplicated. It’s not quick and it’s not cheap.
My "case" started in Jan 2018. FAA received my final submission in Aug. 2018, it is now Feb 2019. this is a test of patience if you ask me, however, i am grateful for the possibility of returning to the flight deck
