Pilot spouse here. We just closed on a house with Trident Home Loans, recommended by Tracy at Aviation Relocation. We worked with Jonathan and Bri and they were fantastic! BOA screwed up our loan- a month in our DTI was suddenly a problem because they couldn't calculate pilot income and we were going to lose a big earnest money payment. BOA was incredibly stressful to deal with. Bri worked hard and got our loan cleared to close BEFORE the closing date. And they did everything they could to take all the stress off of us.
