While I agree wholeheartedly with this kme that legally and morally they have no basis to discriminate against you, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t biases out there. If you are entertaining some notion of being upfront with every recruiter about an issue he/she doesn’t even have a legal right to know, well, don’t be naive.
