IAD Senority
So I'm living in Central Virginia flying 135 and thinking of taking the jump to a regional to hopefully help me make the eventual transition to a major. Looking at airwhisky because it has the best bonus and a IAD base. The question is, how senior is it? I dont mind being on reserve but would hate to be unable to upgrade for 3 years (and stuck with F/O pay).
