That^^

Guy in my class (my sim partner) got PHX before he was off IOE and had a line about 5-6 weeks later, but who knows today? We have roughly 670 pilots though and we lose on average maybe 20 a month to attrition so do the math. With 335 FO’s systemwide that’s an increase in seniority of 20/335ths or roughly 6% per month to keep steady state. So in 8 months people have been right around 50% for most of the last year. YMMV, because everything is driven by hiring at the majors on one end recruitment on the other, but for right now that’s ballpark. I believe SEA is most junior domicile driven by housing costs. I think It also has the most commuters - seems that way anyhow, probably for the same reason.

And, uh,...you can keep the rubs.
