PBS isn’t going to make it any quicker to get folks onto the line.

Upto 6 months for Captain upgrade.

9-12 months for New hires to get through OE.

Even with PBS, PDT will still be behind everyone except Mesa and Commutair in pay and QOL.

For the sake of argument, 13 flows a month will bring a true 5 year flow for new hires that the company advertises. If the company brings that to the table then they can have PBS but an increase to 8 a month isn’t going to make it worth it without a revamp to the work rules/ scheduling sections (true min day above 4 hours, duty/ trip rigs etc.).
