..My Ops-manual says go-around is the only option from an unstable approach..Most airlines require the same..
..I once had a Co-Pilot, who wanted to ´´slip´´ an ERJ145 on final to lose altitude..Such procedure was not mentioned in our manuals, so his approach must have been stable then..Or not ??
