When you consider pilots per plane the magic number seems to be 10-12 per plane. Is that 10-12 crews or 5-6 crews of 2?
It's just number of pilots per aircraft, not crews. I just divided the total pilots by total aircraft. Crude, but gives a glimpse of over/understaffed.
