If you just figured out how to mark yourself first out, youre so far behind you think you're ahead.
Read 25.J, and fill out an issue form every single time someone junior than you gets flying (by checking flica reserve utilization) until you get this stuff figured out. It's gonna take you a lot of trial and error in some cases.
