Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure that you can’t depending on the configuration of Atlas’ aircraft as I am pretty sure that NJA is not in the CASS System. As a former Jumpseat Coordinator for a 121 cargo carrier with B727 and B737 aircraft that had jumpseats outside the bulletproof cockpit door, I wrote one of the most liberal jumpseat policies in the post-911 CASS world and regularly welcomed any Part 135 pilot that had a Medical, a Commercial License, and and ID.
Unfortunately, we sank during the 2008 depression: It’s a recession if your neighbor gets laid off, but a depression when you do. I dream of a day where 135 pilots are welcomed on jumpseats, but I’m not holding my breath.
Some Atlas folks will chime in, I’m sure.
There are plenty of 135 operators in CASS nowadays.
