Go to the website, no where does it say how many people left in a year or how many years of data were used to make this chart. So for all we know it could be data compiled from 10 years @5 people a year. My point was this chart shows no useful data unless they put key data like “last year 250 pilots moved on and here is where they went” without that line saying here’s where an undisclosed amount of pilots over and undisclosed time went is useless. Also why don’t you look at my original post “Einstein” where I stated the data came from more than one year.
Your statement that this could be based upon 20 people was OBVIOUSLY FALLACIOUS since that would imply that somewhere there is six-tenths of a pilot flying fir Frontier. Why don’t you just admit you were wrong?
And so what if the data DID come from one year? It’s PERCENTAGE DATA. All that means is that 34% an average of Compass pilots went to Delta over MORE THAN ONE YEAR.
How many years has your regional sent as many as 34% of those leaving to Delta? Has it EVER?
