My current place of employment was never on my radar until I watched their presentation at a job fair. The room emptied out because everyone wanted Spirit or Frontier. Again, an opportunity and being at the right place at the right time. I was the only one to show up at the interview couple of months later. Couple months after being hired, it became the highest paying first year job in aviation, and the top 6 after that. All crap luck mixed with being able to spot opportunity.
I agree, I just want to make an informed choice, and the rumors about Mesa losing their Ejets concerned me.

As of now, it looks like Mesa is the best option I have since they meet my two most important requirements of being based in IAH and a quick upgrade.

Thanks.
